Position Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
The HR Systems Analyst is responsible for the support, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the organization’s Oracle Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). The role acts as a bridge between HR and IT, ensuring that HR systems are optimized to support business processes, data integrity, and user experience.
In addition, the HR Systems Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting system issues, providing user support, and serving as the custodian of data and processes for their respective site. This includes managing user access and permissions, as well as ensuring data integrity and security.
The HR Systems Analyst would also be responsible for working with HR, Regional HRIS Specialist and other business stakeholders to identify and prioritize projects and initiatives related to the HR information system as part of the Barrick Group project rollout plan. This may involve gathering requirements, developing project plans, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
The role will report directly to the Site HR Manager, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the AME Regional HRIS Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Providing technical support for Oracle HCM applications and related systems (XTIME).
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise with Oracle HCM systems.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement Oracle HCM.
- Managing and maintaining Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Performance, and Time and Labour.
- Integrating and managing integrations of Oracle HCM with other systems and applications such as Sage 300, Xtime and SailPoint.
- Collaborating with business users to gather and analyse requirements, and to provide recommendations on the use of Oracle HCM to meet business needs.
- Providing training and support to end users on Oracle HCM functionality.
- Developing and maintaining documentation for Oracle HCM processes and procedures.
- Participating in the testing of new releases and updates to Oracle HCM.
- Staying up to date on new features and functionality in Oracle HCM.

- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Human Resource System management and project implementation.
- Expertise in Oracle HCM applications and related systems, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Time and Labour.
- Knowledge of XTIME or any other Time and attendance System
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with project management and the ability to lead projects from conception to completion.

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst to work for our Planning & HR Division within Jazan Refinery Complex.
Jazan Refinery is a 400 MBD capacity refinery located in the southern part of Saudi Arabia and responsible for meeting the demand of refined products like Gasoline, Diesel, and Jet Fuel in the region.
Your primary role will be to handle complex activities relating to the analysis and evaluation of current business practices and support in the identification of business, organizational and/or operational requirements. You will also support research and assessments of business needs and identify and develop transformation opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:
- Provide the support and procedures necessary to maintain the integrity of data which originates within the organization.
- Provide training to all employees in order to maximize the effectiveness of business acumen.
- Participate in the business plan preparations.
- Interface with stakeholders in the development and implementation phases of transformation strategies and provides support to ensure successful deliverables.
- Collaborate at all levels in order to maintain key performance indicator progress according to the plan.
- Conduct feasibility studies and project proposal reports. Present the final report and recommendations to management.
- Prepare business and reporting guidelines and associated documentation required to support Transformation Strategies during the Planning & implementation phases.
Minimum Requirements
- As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/science, Business Management or Industrial Engineering. An advanced degree is preferred.
- You should have a minimum of 10 years of diversified experience in business analysis, transformation, business planning and performance management.
- You must have previously worked in or with an operating hydrocarbon facility and be familiar with hydrocarbon management.
- You must have demonstrated experience in developing, analyzing and improving business Key Performance Indicators.
- Preferably, you will have worked in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in using advanced spreadsheet applications.
- Willingness to travel kingdom-wide and commute to job locations in areas other than residence.

- Knowledge and extensive experience in Cortex Credit Card Management System, Visa and MasterCard clearing and settlement, ISO8583 online interface, related systems, i.e., VROL, MC Connect, VTS, MCPS, Visa Edit Package, MC Clearing Optimizer. and related tools is a must.
- Knowledge and extensive experience in VisionPlus and Apex Card Issuance System is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience in chip/EMV card issuance (retail and commercial/corporate), card tokenization, HSM and key management, PCI-DSS, Discover Global Network, JCB, China UnionPay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Huawei Pay, American Express is a plus.
- Knowledge of Middle East (mainly, but not limited to, KSA, Bahrain and UAE) regulatory markets
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing/ developing/ implementing or supporting Visa and MasterCard Credit Card issuing through Cortex CCMS or Vision Plus.
- Experience in HSM is a plus.
- PMP/ Prince 2 certification is a plus.

Required For A Software House Located KSA employees for a governmental project in Riyadh, SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYSTS
2-Senior Business Analyst- Responsible and accountable for eliciting, analyzing, validating, specifying, verifying, and managing the real needs of the project stakeholders, including customers and end users across multiple domains.
- Involved at some level throughout the entire system or software development life cycle.
- Identify project stakeholders and user classes. Document user class characteristics.
- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, business analysis, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints.
- Write business and system requirements specifications.
- Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Represent requirements using alternative views, such as analysis models (diagrams), prototypes, or scenarios, where appropriate.

Requirements:- 5+ Strong knowledge of Business analyzing methodologies, tools and processes.
- 5+ years' rich experience in Portal solutions (SharePoint) and all its components such as (ASP.NET, SharePoint administration, SharePoint development, vb.neL CP, etc.), Oracle ERP, DBs and readymade systems/Software.
- Proven work experience in software development.
- Solid knowledge of SQL & ERP DBs.
- 3+ years' experience in system analysis and SDLC.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CRAP) is Preferred.
- Business process understanding.
- Project Management, communication and teamwork skills.
- Has minimum 3+ years' experience in the following fields: Software Design, Software Documentation, Software Testing, Software Maintenance.
Bachelor degree as minimum in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or Information Technology discipline.
