**Your new role, what's involved?**
- Collect and Provide periodical updates from the government authorities on all Labour and immigration rules to keep the HR department abreast of the changes in the rules and procedures.
- Submit, follow-up and collect all new employment and business visas to ensure that the visas are processed on a timely manner to support the business.
- Renew, update and maintain all employees and their dependants' visas, labor cards, and labor contracts on a timely manner to ensure that company's records are up-to-date in the labor and Immigration Departments.
- Deal with general enquires regarding PRO functions promptly and efficiently to enhance the level of department service.
- Renew, update and maintain the trade licenses and other government certificates of all company's legal entities in the KSA to ensure that the documents are up-to-date.
- Renew and maintain all company's leases in the KSA before its expiry.
- Assist departments in resolving any issues related to company vehicle registration and renewals to ensure that PRO services are provided as and when it is required.
- Obtain visas from Embassies for staff members for their business travel
- Arrange processing attestation of employee qualifications as required
- Accurate preparation of documents according to the requirement of the legal authorities
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all time.
- Engage himself with higher management / HR in order to keep them in loop with regards to new Labour laws / other Government laws etc
- Obtain monthly visa reports from MOL and immigration to keep company's files in order.

- Collaborate with government, industry, academic institutions, industry partners, diplomatic partners, associations and other members of the healthcare ecosystem to establish Novartis as a leading voice in policy debates.

Job Description
The PR Manager is responsible for managing at full capacity, the communication strategies and initiatives for existing and new retainer clients and strategic events. As PR Manager you will have in-depth communications experience and strong managerial traits. You will work closely with the wider PR team, as well as the Marketing and Events teams, to ensure we deliver clear, compelling and strategic brand communications within optimal timing and budget for our clients. You will be competent in working with both traditional and new media platforms and have a deep understanding of the ever-evolving digital and social media landscape.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute on PR & Communications campaigns including strategy, goals, budget and tactics for retained and new clients. Use insights to drive decision making in strategy development to execute effectively.
- Lead day-to-dayclient relationson multiple accounts and/or projects.
- Maintain constant and clear communication with clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with internal strategy teamsand support on research, briefs and strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders; stylists, press thought leaders etc.
- Leverage network of influencer contacts for earned media opportunities that drive reach and advocacy.
- Build relations with senior media contacts for coverage and ongoing client opportunities whilst seeking new ways to raise the profile of our brands and drive news.
- Responsible for budget and timeline managementfor client accounts.
- Lead on the development of press releases, written statements, interviews etc.
- Maintain a current working knowledge of relevant competitive and category landscape and updates teams.
- Continually research and identify opportunities to build exposure through awareness for our clients to cut through the changing landscape.
- Monitor ,analyze and communicate PR results on a monthly basis to clients and compile monthly reports / project reports that include status on progress and performance.
- Coordinate on PR activations, press related events, shoots etc.
- Establish a strong image for MP. Increase the profile of MP and its founders by identifying opportunities across diverse media outlets, speaking opportunities, industry events.
- Contribute to the growth of the PR department via business development and identifying potential new clients.
- Collaborate cross functionally closely with other departments and the company’s seniors towards meeting clients targets and growth.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience of PR
- Experience within the Fashion, luxury, lifestyle sector is preferable
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office

Role Overview:
As PR Manager, you’ll be the day-to-day lead on key client accounts in KSA — developing strategy, overseeing content, managing media relations, and ensuring campaigns are delivered to a high standard. You’ll also be a trusted advisor to your clients, helping shape narratives and respond to fast-moving media cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic PR plans across multiple sectors
- Manage Arabic and English press releases, speeches, and media materials

Overview
As a Senior Account Manager in the PR team, this candidate will be developing strong client management skills and beginning to take a leading role in expanding the business through both organic and new business growth.
The Senior Account Manager will be a multi-tasker able to work collaboratively across the teams to put together solid presentations, media pitches, content writing, and basic social media strategies. They will be able to communicate confidently, think on their feet, manage relationships, and have an analytical bent of mind to reporting and showcasing performance.
