Overview

Responsibilities

Communications Management


  • Support the implementation of the content strategy in alignment with the overall corporate communication strategic objectives and brand identity to contribute to effective communication and deliver key messages across the organization.


  • Develop reports to facilitate collaboration with internal stakeholders/departments/functions to support corporate communication initiatives across the organization.


  • Prepare digital content and communications for digital communication channels (e.g., websites, social networks) to support Nesma & Partners’ corporate communications strategy, strengthening


  • Research content and audience targeting methods to fulfill strategic objectives and brand identity needs of Nesma & Partners contributing to social media accounts effectively.


  • Study industry trends to determine areas of opportunity and innovations across the communication sphere, keeping Nesma & Partners at the forefront of relevance.

  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.

As a
Content Editor for Kings League MENA
, you will be part of the editorial team responsible for creating engaging, relevant, and high-quality content tailored to audiences across the Middle East and North Africa. Your role will focus on adapting the global Kings League identity to the cultural and digital landscape of the region, ensuring that all programs, scripts, and audiovisual content resonate with fans. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and the Broadcast department to guarantee smooth content workflows, while also contributing fresh ideas that reflect the passion for football, esports, and digital culture in MENA.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research on assigned topics to ensure accuracy, depth, and regional relevance of all content.
  • Develop a wide range of content (programs, escaletas, audiovisual projects, etc.) tailored to MENA audiences and platforms.
  • Adapt tone, style, and complexity to connect with Arabic-speaking fans while maintaining consistency with the Kings League brand.
  • Proofread and edit both your own and colleagues' work to guarantee grammatical accuracy, stylistic consistency, and overall quality.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content supports the competition's strategy and project goals.
  • Work in partnership with the Broadcast team during preparation days, rehearsals, and live streams, ensuring a smooth and accurate workflow of broadcast assets.
  • Manage priorities effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining a steady pipeline of high-quality content.
  • Monitor trends, memes, audience behaviors, and industry developments in MENA to keep content relevant and impactful.
  • Contribute original and creative ideas for new formats and innovative content proposals that appeal to the region.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Content Editor or in a similar role (agency or in-house), ideally within sports, esports, or digital entertainment in MENA.
  • Degree in Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, Media, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Availability to work on weekends and evenings when required for events.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas adapted to the region.
  • Flexibility to adapt within fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently with initiative.
