A. Private Equity:
1. Conduct all such financial analysis and financial modelling on Private Equity opportunities as needed;
2. Conduct equity research along the investable themes and guidelines defined by the Global Investment Committee, and present recommendations accordingly; perform fundamental bottom-up industry and sector analysis.
B. Portfolio Management:
1. Support the Portfolio Management team with various aspects of portfolio management including investment decisions, implementation, portfolio rebalancing, and daily monitoring of investment portfolios;
2. Continuously monitor private equity positions held within portfolio to ensure investment thesis remains intact;
3. Review sector research publications, annual reports, presentations, and other sources to gather/synthesize/interpret data on investable themes, and present ideas to the Investment Committee.
4. Financial modelling and participation in the improvement of tools for investment selection.
5. Reporting: Preparing investment presentations to CIO.
6. Investment support: Supporting the CIO on various investment-related tasks

Qualifications and Experience
- BSc and MSc/MBA Degree in Finance, Economics, or related technical field from a reputable university
- CFA a must. (At least cleared level II)
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience with Private Equity and portfolio management
- Knowledge of quantitative investment practices, including portfolio optimization, is a plus.
- Good understanding of corporate finance/macroeconomics;
- Advanced Excel & Power Point skills
- Proficiency with FactSet is a plus.

The purpose of this role will be to support the VP for Investments and Projects and provide advice relating to investment decisions. The core duties will be:
- Monitor financial performance, budgets and plans of the various investments; work with senior management on performance improvement opportunities.
- Support the financial research function; work closely with investment analysts.
- Carry out risk analysis including benchmarking, asset allocation, financial due diligence and financial modelling to enable management to make sound decisions on new and current investments.
- Project planning for acquisitions including cost budget, timelines, scope, standards and objectives.
Requirements:
- This role is only open to Saudi nationals.
- Finance or economics-related degree and ideally a post-graduate qualification such as an MBA, CPA, CFA etc.
- You should have a background in external audit or due diligence, ideally trained with one of the Big4 firms.
