JASARA PMC is a leading project management consultancy firm, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Infrastructure Manager to join our team. As the Infrastructure Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design and development of various projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for managing the entire design process from conceptualization to execution, responsible for project delivery of consultants and contractors (on cost, on time, and adhering to client requirements and company standards) as well as delivery partner and team performance and outcomes. The role will be instrumental in collaborating with commercial, project management, engineering and design technical leaders to create opportunities for efficiency and innovation. The role is responsible for maintaining compliance with QA/QC procedures, including the deliverables review QA/QC process.

Responsibilities:
- The Infrastructure Manager will collaborate with their team, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that provide superior outcomes. They will provide consistent leadership and will support client focus and responsiveness and will help to ensure we can identify and anticipate client needs.
- Lead and manage the design and construction process from inception to implementation for infrastructure project(s) comprising of various disciplines, but not limited to; geometric, traffic engineering and pavements.
- Collaborate closely with our development teams (architects and engineers), clients, contractors and stakeholders to fully understand project requirements and create innovative design solutions that satisfy client requirements and fully satisfies local codes and standards.
- Ensure smooth coordination with internal and external design teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality design documents and drawings, while making sure adherence to project timelines, budgets and meet our clients' high-quality standards.
- Lead the team to ensure design deliverables are provided by the consultants in accordance with their Contract and district and sub-district program requirements and timelines.
- Perform design reviews and provide guidance and feedback to design teams.
- Conduct regular design review meetings where you will provide technical guidance and support to our clients, consultants, contractors and team members.
- Proactively monitor and track project progress, promptly identify and resolve any design-related challenges or conflicts that may arise and report timeously on these.
- Monitor and review design progress, identify any issues or risks, and implement effective solutions.
- Efficiently manage and maintain meticulous project documentation, including design records, change orders, and necessary approvals.
- Maintain strict compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations to guarantee the success of each project.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and integration of various design elements to achieve seamless progression from design, construction to final handover.
- Compilation and presentation of reports and visual presentations regarding designs, design reviews, cost analysis and progress on project tasks.
- Setup and chair meetings with the client, consultants, design team and stakeholders whilst capturing minutes of meetings as necessary.
- Oversee and manage all project interfaces within the delivery program.
- Prepare and present design reports, presentations, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- A 4-year bachelor's degree in civil engineering is necessary.
- An Engineering Master's degree is desirable.
- Registration as a Chartered Civil Engineer is necessary (or similar).
- Registration as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is desirable.
- Must have a minimum of 10-years project management and design experience, specifically in managing the design and implementation of roads and highways transportation engineering projects.
- The preferred candidate will have management experience in the design and implementation of roads and highways infrastructure comprising of various disciplines, but not limited to; geometric and traffic engineering and pavement (preferred).
- Experience in design, detailed reviews, documentation, specifications, project management and staff coordination are necessary.
