تبحث الشركة عن أخصائية سوشيال ميديا مبدعة تمتلك خبرة في إدارة الحسابات الرقمية وصناعة المحتوى الجذاب بما يتوافق مع هوية العلامة التجارية وأهدافها التسويقية.
تكون المرشحة مسؤولة عن تخطيط وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التواصل الاجتماعي ، وإنتاج ونشر المحتوى اليومي عبر المنصات المختلفة (إنستغرام، تيك توك، سناب شات، X، لينكدإن وغيرها)، إضافة إلى تحليل الأداء وتحسين التفاعل مع الجمهور.
المسؤوليات
- إعداد خطة محتوى شهرية متكاملة تتوافق مع أهداف الحملة التسويقية.
- كتابة وصياغة منشورات جذابة واحترافية بأسلوب يتناسب مع المنصة والجمهور المستهدف.
- إدارة الحسابات والإشراف على التفاعل والردود والمتابعات اليومية.
- تنسيق التصوير وإنتاج المواد البصرية (صور، فيديوهات، قصص، Reels).
- متابعة التحليلات وتقارير الأداء لتحسين النتائج.
- التعاون مع فريق التسويق والمصممين لضمان اتساق الهوية البصرية والرسائل.
المؤهلات
- خبرة سابقة لا تقل عن سنتين في إدارة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
- مهارة عالية في كتابة المحتوى التسويقي والإبداعي بالعربية والإنجليزية (ميزة إضافية).
- فهم ممتاز لطبيعة المنصات الاجتماعية واتجاهات السوق الرقمية.
- قدرة على العمل بجدول زمني دقيق وتنظيم المهام بشكل فعّال.
- إلمام بأدوات التحليل مثل Meta Business Suite وGoogle Analytics وCanva.
