**Your new role, what's involved?**
- Collect and Provide periodical updates from the government authorities on all Labour and immigration rules to keep the HR department abreast of the changes in the rules and procedures.
- Submit, follow-up and collect all new employment and business visas to ensure that the visas are processed on a timely manner to support the business.
- Renew, update and maintain all employees and their dependants' visas, labor cards, and labor contracts on a timely manner to ensure that company's records are up-to-date in the labor and Immigration Departments.
- Deal with general enquires regarding PRO functions promptly and efficiently to enhance the level of department service.
- Renew, update and maintain the trade licenses and other government certificates of all company's legal entities in the KSA to ensure that the documents are up-to-date.
- Renew and maintain all company's leases in the KSA before its expiry.
- Assist departments in resolving any issues related to company vehicle registration and renewals to ensure that PRO services are provided as and when it is required.
- Obtain visas from Embassies for staff members for their business travel
- Arrange processing attestation of employee qualifications as required
- Accurate preparation of documents according to the requirement of the legal authorities
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents at all time.
- Engage himself with higher management / HR in order to keep them in loop with regards to new Labour laws / other Government laws etc
- Obtain monthly visa reports from MOL and immigration to keep company's files in order.

I’m working with a well-established PR and communications agency that’s expanding their team in Riyadh . They’re looking to hire a PR Manager who’s fluent in Arabic to lead client relationships and deliver standout campaigns across corporate, government, and lifestyle sectors.
This agency is known for its strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and long-standing client partnerships across the GCC. The role will suit someone who understands the Saudi media landscape and can confidently lead PR campaigns from strategy to execution.
Role Overview:
As PR Manager, you’ll be the day-to-day lead on key client accounts in KSA — developing strategy, overseeing content, managing media relations, and ensuring campaigns are delivered to a high standard. You’ll also be a trusted advisor to your clients, helping shape narratives and respond to fast-moving media cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic PR plans across multiple sectors
- Manage Arabic and English press releases, speeches, and media materials
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Saudi media and key stakeholders
- Lead on daily client communications, reporting, and planning
- Manage junior team members and collaborate with internal departments across the region
- Ensure delivery of impactful campaigns with measurable results
What They're Looking For:
- 4–6 years’ experience in PR, communications, or media – ideally in an agency environment
- Strong experience working in the Saudi market
- Fluent Arabic speaker with excellent writing skills in both Arabic & English
- Confident managing client relationships and media interactions
- Solid understanding of the KSA media landscape and cultural sensitivities
- Based in Riyadh or open to relocating
