YOUR IMPACT

Client Service Professionals (CSPs) provide client service management support to our clients and operational support to sales teams in the implementation of new client accounts, ongoing account maintenance, liquidity management, trade entry, and monitoring portfolio holdings, while gaining a broad understanding of the asset management business. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Leveraging your operational background to contribute to business growth
  2. Planning and managing the onboarding process for new accounts
  3. Supporting Private Wealth Advisors in client service activities
  4. Managing cash balances and private banking services
  5. Acting as a liaison to other areas supporting the PWM business
  6. Providing client reporting and web capabilities overview to potential clients
  7. Executing, processing, and reconciling trading and investment transactions
  8. Managing advisory business implementation and rebalancing
  9. Supporting wealth management strategies for PWM clients
  10. Developing marketing presentations for prospective clients on asset allocation components
  11. Relaying Goldman Sachs research and market views to advisors
  12. Collaborating with various investment management groups to meet client needs
