What you'll be doing
The Senior Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely in-system execution of upstream and downstream orders, ensuring high-quality customer service for vendors, retail, e-commerce, and internal Chalhoub accounts. This role supports the operational execution of orders, data management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless workflows and process accuracy.
Key responsibilities:
-Create and complete purchase orders for vendors in alignment with business requirements.
-Process orders for Internal Chalhoub accounts and create corresponding sales orders in the system.
-Track the delivery of purchase orders (POs) and sales orders (SOs) and provide updates to the Supply Planning and B2B Allocation teams.
-Manage and maintain accurate in-system product information to ensure alignment with operational needs.
Gather vendor information and input it into the Master ---Data Management (MDM) system for vendor creation and updates.
-Provide responsive customer service for vendors, retail, e-commerce, and Internal Chalhoub accounts.
-Address inquiries and resolve basic issues related to order status and data accuracy and highlight the gap of supplier performance to planners.
-Support the Order Management Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to timelines and process accuracy by Championing the process
-Monitor order workflows and alert the manager of potential issues or delays to ensure proactive resolution.
-Provide product and capsule reporting for key events to highlight risks or opportunities in order management flow

What you’ll need to succeed
-2-5 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or logistics.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems SAP preferableand data entry processes is a plus.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
