We are seeking an experienced Business Development Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct in-depth research to identify market trends, potential customers, competitors, and industry insights. Gather data from various sources, analyze it, and provide actionable recommendations.
  2. Generate innovative ideas for new business ventures or expansion opportunities. Evaluate market viability, conduct feasibility studies, and develop business plans to support these ideas.
  3. Create visually appealing and compelling presentations that effectively communicate business concepts, market analysis, and growth strategies. Ensure the presentations are tailored to the target audience and align with the company's brand guidelines.
  4. Collaborate with senior managers from different departments to gather relevant data and product information required for market research, business analysis, and strategy development. Consolidate and analyze data to extract meaningful insights and inform decision-making processes.
  5. Work closely with senior managers from various departments, such as marketing, sales, finance, and product development, to gather insights and ensure alignment of business strategies. Collaborate on cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  2. 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in a consulting firm.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in Google suite of tools.

Education and Certifications:

Knowledge and Experience:

  • 6 + years of experience in the financial industry with relevant work experience with at least 2 years of experience in a Managerial position.
  • Experience in Financial sector (capital market & Banking) and Knowledge in the clearing business.
  • Experience in product /business development or related field.

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge with clearing and capital market business.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, business development or related field.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives and expanding our client base. This critical role demands a high level of professionalism, strategic thinking, and results-oriented performance.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new high-value client relationships through targeted outreach and networking
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform business development initiatives
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to C-level executives and key decision-makers
  • Negotiate complex contracts and service agreements to maximize value for both the company and clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to drive retention and upsell opportunities
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future business opportunities and potential risks
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
  • Provide regular, detailed reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections to senior management
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market

The Ideal Candidate For This Pivotal Role Must Possess

  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in business development or a closely related field, with a proven track record of successfully acquiring and retaining high-value clients
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant discipline; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is highly desirable
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives and key decision-makers
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools to drive strategic decision-making
  • A results-oriented mindset with a history of meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel extensively as required by the role
