Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Security Systems Engineer to support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of advanced electronic security systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in operating systems, databases, networking, and virtualization, with an added advantage for experience in security systems software and integration.
Responsibilities- Install, configure, and maintain security system servers and applications (VMS, access control, intrusion detection, etc.).
- Support and troubleshoot systems running on Windows Server OS, MS SQL, and VMware or Hyper-V platforms.
- Design and implement network configurations, ensuring secure and reliable system communication.
- Configure and support Microsoft Failover Clustering for high availability environments.
- Collaborate with project and support teams to deploy and integrate security systems in client environments.
- Perform system diagnostics and resolve issues related to software, database, or network connectivity.
- Ensure proper system documentation, backup, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors for advanced support and updates to security platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems engineering roles.
- Strong experience with:
- Windows Server OS
- MS SQL Server
- Virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, firewalls)
- Microsoft Cluster Services (Failover Clustering)
- Familiarity with security systems software (e.g., Genetec, Milestone, Lenel, Avigilon) is a plus.
- Certifications such as MCSA, VMware VCP, or CCNA are advantageous.

Security Systems Service Engineer KSA
**Location**: Riyadh

**Duties & responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:
The Systems Engineer will be responsible to lead the technical teams in the installation, maintenance & configuration of the systems proposes in a project.
This incorporates monitoring the technical team, training the technicians/labours, configuration of the system, testing & commissioning etc.
Carrying out quality inspections on jobs
Directing, instructing and supervising the technicians and supervisors.
Liaising with client departments and customers in project execution.Diagnosing breakdown problems and faults
Carry out installation duties when and where required
Programming and configuration of the system proposed.
Monitor the project activities and reporting back to the Head of services on a daily basis.
Assist the Head of services in preparation of project schedule, revenue calculation, technicians training etc.
Project Handing over and preparation of delivery notes, project correspondence etc.
Perform additional assignments per the direct manager’s direction.
**Educational Requirements**:
Should have a bachelor degree (or equivalent) in Electronics or electrical.
**Personal Skills**:
Should have good verbal & written communication in English; Communication skill in Arabic in added advantage.
Good technical knowledge in Low current systems like CCTV/Access Control/intrusion detection systems / X-rays / road blockers ,.etc Systems.
