Key Responsibilities: Market Research & Lead Generation: • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for PCE products. • Identify new customers in the construction chemicals, concrete admixture, and ready-mix concrete (RMC) sectors. • Identify and research potential customers in the construction, precast, ready-mix concrete, and related industries. • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new sales opportunities. • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the concrete admixture industry. • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends in PCE. • Provide feedback on customer needs and industry developments. Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field. A business degree with relevant experience will also be considered. • Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B chemical sales, preferably in construction chemicals, concrete admixtures, or related industrial sectors. 3+ years in sales of construction chemicals (PCE, concrete admixtures, or related products). • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Polycarboxylate Ether (PCE) chemistry, concrete technology, and its applications in concrete admixtures. • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
