Requirements

A business degree with relevant experience will also be considered. • Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B chemical sales, preferably in construction chemicals, concrete admixtures, or related industrial sectors. 3+ years in sales of construction chemicals (PCE, concrete admixtures, or related products). • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Polycarboxylate Ether (PCE) chemistry, concrete technology, and its applications in concrete admixtures. • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
