Position Purpose

- Follow up with leads, establish relationships with potential new clients/partners, and arrange appointments to close deals.
- Promote Colorush at trade shows and major industry-related events.
- Handle all pitches and Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and collaborate with the Managing Director on relevant industry opportunities.
- Work closely with the Managing Director to develop and implement Colorush’s annual Business Plan as it relates to marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate and conduct meetings with potential clients including agenda development and tracking action items.
- Assist with and conduct prep sessions for client and target client presentations as relates to new or additional work.
- Conduct market research, analyze trends and prepare forecasts to keep track of timely industry trend information.
- Propose new products/services development to Colorush.
- 5-7 years of business development and marketing experience in professional services in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent Arabic & English oral and written communication skills; client service orientation and “can do“ attitude; strong people skills; ability to work on multiple projects; and able to work both as part of a team and function independently.
- Background, Education, or Experience in Marketing is a must.
