Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities (e.g., utilities, food & beverage, infrastructure, education sectors).
  • Build, manage, and convert a sales pipeline using an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approach.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in training, education, industrial automation, EdTech, or digital transformation.
  • Proven experience in managing key accounts and delivering revenue targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), proposal development, and digital/ABM marketing.
  • Familiarity with industrial software training (AVEVA, OSIsoft PI, SCADA, HMI, ISA standards, etc.) is a strong advantage.
