**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Identify and close sales opportunities with new and exciting clients, such as contract renewals, cross-sells, and up-sells (such as adding additional apps to clients’ packages), etc.
- Present products and services information to new corporate accounts
- Ensure relationships with key decision-makers for accounts that will provide business are continuously developed and relationships are strengthened and grown
- Work with products teams, services teams, and Client Services teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction with the STS product and organization
- Ensure customer issues are acknowledged and resolved within the adequate time frame
- Call on existing clients in an effort to meet and exceed individual and department revenue expectations
- Develop and actively pursue a list of targeted Key Accounts within the **central and northern regions** and create individual plans of action to penetrate these accounts
- Set aggressive goals for quarterly revenue achievement against each account
- Accurately forecast sales opportunities via pipeline report
- Effectively and accurately manage personal revenue pipeline to maximize all business opportunities
- Monitor and report sales activity within the CRM system
- Perform other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree is required (strong academic performance is desired)
- At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing, revenue-generating role (more is welcomed)
- Experience selling or managing accounts in Cloud /SaaS/ PaaS/ BaaS/ IaaS is preferred (High Hiring score)
- Ability to multi-task and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial transforming environment
- Must be able to integrate knowledge across disciplines to include relationship management, consultative selling, product demonstrations, closing contracts, operation/process flow, and product function
- Ability to work with CRM system ( sugar CRM is a plus)

- Ensures tracking upcoming RFPs, maintaining corporate new business tracker.
- Identify leads, new opportunities and arrange meetings with clients for the management team.

- Identify new clients and projects, respond to RFP’s and follow up on all leads.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 10 years experience in sales and business development industry roles and a minimum of 6 years experience in sales in the facilities management industry.
- Must be able to provide an active network of contacts across the FM sector.
- Full understanding of KSA FM Market.
- Good network with the FM industry in KSA.
- Having experience is new market entrants, and market penetration will be an advantage
- Must have been exposed to FM industry associations and trade association groups.
- Understanding of various FM service lines.
- Experience in FM consultancy business development is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, and ability to maintain working files and revisions of documents.
- Writing, computer, and presentation skills at an exceptional level.
