- assist with the preparation of detailed designs and drawings, specifications, data, calculations, and reports.
- Communicate effectively with the process engineering team and project stakeholders, including the customer.
- Identify issues and problems, develop appropriate solutions, and ask for assistance if required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering.
- Technical and practical process engineering skills.
- Knowledge of the fundamental requirements of process engineering, and the basic requirements of other engineering fields.
- Developing skills in process engineering specific software.
- Some skills in the use of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.

Job PurposeThis Position exists to plan, control and monitor the execution of electrical related project tasks efficiently, in timely manner and quality standards as per the defined policies and procedures to achieve departmental operational plans and developments.
Key Accountability Areas•Perform erection, testing and commissioning of Power / Distribution transformers at site and factory.
•Perform trouble shooting, maintenance & testing of power / distribution transformers.
•Inspect transformer upon arrival and perform necessary tests.
•Check the availability of all the accessories for the transformer.
•Checking of the impact recorders and collecting the data’s from them.
•Check the requirements of crane or other equipments for the assembly or disassembly of the transformer at sites / factory.
•Perform the routine electrical tests of transformer in factory and at site as per the International standards
•Perform the low voltage electrical tests at the site.
•Planning of the day to day site activities for the timely completion of the job
•Perform the erection of the transformer accessories, vacuuming, oil filtration as per the laid down quality procedures
•Perform in process testing of transformer during the various stages of repair/manufacturing
•Co-ordinate with marketing, planning and the customer for the gate passes / work permits etc for the execution of the jobs.
•Ensure best practices are followed for the testing of Power and Distribution transformers.
HR Proficiency:
•Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively achieved.
•Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
•Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
•Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.
Delivery:
•Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
•Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
•Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
Problem-Solving:
•Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
Quality:
•Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
Business Process Improvement (Effectiveness):
•Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.
Compliance:
