Job Description
KSA Sales Graduate – 24-month fixed term contract
Do you want to join a global company and get experience across Saudi Arabia to kick start your career in sales? Then our KSA graduate sales programme is what you’re looking for…
We’re Aggreko
We're the global leader in providing energy solutions that help businesses grow and communities thrive.
We work as a team and we’re proud of the difference we make to customers, to local communities, and towards a sustainable future for the world.
Aggreko in Saudi Arabia
Across Saudi Arabia, we electrify events from the Formula 1 in Jeddah to the Sound Storm Festival in Riyadh. We also support our customers across the Kingdom with a variety of complex projects including providing power and cooling for the Red Sea development project and supplying cooling and backup power for customers’ refineries.
Our graduate sales programme
As a Sales Graduate, you will experience a 24-month development programme designed for Saudi graduates.
The role involves rotating through key sales functions with the aim of developing into permanent sales specialist or account manager within the Aggreko sales team.
In the first year, graduates will focus on sales induction, sales administration, and inside sales to develop a solid understanding of the sales process and operational support.
The second year will emphasise business development, account management, and revenue-generating activities, alongside development of essential soft skills.
Each graduate will be based in one of Aggreko’s key Saudi locations—Jeddah, Riyadh, or Dammam—with a sector specialism: Riyadh (Events), Jeddah (PCR), and Dammam (Oil & Gas).
This programme offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to real business challenges, preparing graduates for a permanent sales role within Aggreko.
Why join us as a graduate?
Our programme is designed to give you a wide variety of professional experiences from the day you join. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced sales team, and collaborate with other departments such as engineering and operations to deliver for our clients.
Although we're sixty years old, it doesn't feel like it when you work here. You can expect the professionalism and high standards of a larger company – yet you won’t be pigeon-holed into a narrow role.
The sense of teamwork is unique – ‘together’ is one of our core values – and we make sure people feel welcome and included, so they can be themselves at work.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Passionate about mechanical or electrical engineering.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated with a positive attitude.
Technical knowledge in mechanical or electrical engineering, ideally in power generation (preferred but not essential)
Possession of a valid driving license.
Business level English proficiency.
To comply with national labour laws and applicable legislation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, this programme is designed specifically for Saudi nationals. If you are not a Saudi national then consider applying for one of our other graduate programmes in the Middle East.
Find out more and apply now.
Bring your energy. Grow your career.
#LI-MK1
Equal employment opportunity
We welcome people from different backgrounds and cultures, and respect people’s unique skills, attitudes and experiences. We encourage everyone to be themselves at work because we know that’s how we do our best, for each other, for our customers, for the communities where we work, and for our careers.
We are an equal opportunity employer. If you apply for a role at Aggreko, we will consider your application based on your qualifications and experience, and not on your race, colour, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
