This role will be to manage the on-site implementation of the OFOQ Project, in Saudi Arabia, and manage the local delivery team, to the as-sold budget, timescales and quality and in adherence with the company’s directives, policies and processes.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITES**:
- To be the point of contact of the customer and to liaise with stakeholders from Matarat, RAC, United Delta and any other company with regards to the OFOQ Project
- To be the point of contact of any subcontractors and partners
- To attend and represent ADB Safegate Airport Systems to project meetings, steering committees, regular catch-ups and any required meetings
- To work with the Program Manager, based in UK, to define the project schedule, internal and external roles and responsibilities matrix, deliverables, risk register, quality / H&S plans, as per contractual terms and that these protect the company’s interests

- To manage the local delivery team in accordance with company’s Management Charter and to adhere to the Human Resources processes described in the Employee Handbook
- To organize and drive with the customer and relevant parties all delivery activities, including but not limited to shipment, workshops, presentation, demonstration, deployment, configuration, user testing, interface testing, training, support to go live, go live, post go live support
- To handle delivery issues, deviations, change requests with the customer at different levels (management, operations, IT) within the contracted scope of work and in accordance to Program Manager directives
- To provide a clear view of the customer invoicing validation and payment processes, what deliverables, administrative documents, certificates are required to be provided along with invoices
- To issue any acceptance/delivery/training/ certificate and administrative documents required to be provided along with invoices, and to ensure that these documents are signed and stamped by the relevant persons / authorities
- To meet the commitments of the company on the OFOQ Project, achieving customer satisfaction and building high-quality relationships with our customer
- To regularly report project status as required by the Program Manager, in which regard you will ensure that your team actuals, forecast and risk reporting are rigorously updated and accurate

**SKILLS /EXPERIENCE**
**Essential**:
- Fluent Arabic and English
- Experience of managing systems development/integration projects, ideally involving business-critical real-time/on-line systems.
- A successful track-record in managing multiple IT projects and/or programmes using formal project/programme management methods (e.g. Prince II, or other formal method), with full delivery responsibility to the satisfaction of internal and external customers.
- Proven experience of successfully building, leading and motivating a team.
**Desirable**:
- Airline industry experience.
- An IT or systems engineering background.
- Experience of international working, including appreciation of the importance of understanding and meeting local legislative and cultural requirements.
**QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE**
