The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for preparing compensation and benefits packages, setting up company policies, and maintaining updated employee records. Additionally, responsible for administering the organization's payroll system, to include establishing new hire accounts and deactivating separated accounts.
Key Accountabilities- Explain policies and benefits: Inform new and current employees about HR policies, procedures, laws, and standards. This also includes communicating additional benefits, such as extra vacation days.
- Resolve inquiries: Address employee questions and issues, including those related to personnel and payroll.
