Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate all production activities on the plant floor

• Ensure production targets are met with required quality and quantity

• Monitor and control raw material usage and wastage

• Implement and enforce safety protocols and housekeeping standards

• Coordinate maintenance and report equipment issues

• Prepare daily production and performance reports

• Train and guide workers to optimize productivity, efficiency and technically

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in block manufacturing (Egg lines machines)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle operational challenges
• Knowledge of production machinery and maintenance basics is a plus
