Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience on DevOps Tools/Skills, Programming/Scripting language (Bash/shell, Python, Java, pl/sql, etc.) and full stack development
- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Strong grasp of Computer Science concepts (data structures, algorithms, and programming paradigms)
- Writes correct, secure, maintainable, robust code and appropriate tests
- Collaborates on planning and identifying and mitigating risks in their project
- You are experienced at building highly available services, possessing knowledge of common service-oriented design patterns and service-to-service communication protocols.
- Experience with components of modern infrastructure like service discovery, secret storage, containerization, software-defined networking, etc.
- Drives operational readiness & excellence of their features & subsystems.
- Able to effectively communicate technical ideas verbally and in writing (technical proposals, design specs, architecture diagrams and presentations)
The job requires you to be well accustomed with different DevOps tools and technologies. An aptitude towards fast learning, adapting to frequent changes, and motivation towards automation of everything programming/scripting knowledge is a must. You should be motivated to work in an independent environment, curious to learn and implement new tools/technologies with a confidence to work and fix any technical issue that comes along.

**Main activities/tasks**
**Mission**
- Develop and implement local and global sales strategy for a dedicated country or several countries with regards to Digital ID and Digital Onboarding in the Middle East Region.
- Maintain and expand the business scope for dedicated customers based on set individual objectives, strategic country planning and global strategy.
- Act proactively to detect and create opportunities: identify and acquire potential customers, using internal tools to promote Thales products in the area of Digital ID and digital onboarding.
- Prepare proactively the Bid Management phase being accountable as described in the Pipeline process for those opportunities within functional scope.
- Expand the company business and opportunities in the Middle East Region.
**Customer Focus**
- Own Account Planning Session (APS) & Bid Business Opportunity Review (BOR) preparation. Field marketing will support him to do so.
- Interface with various resources within the Business Units to ensure the customer needs are fully addressed and that appropriate resources are allocated in due time to the account.
- Ensure consistency between the different local commercial approaches on Thales’s level in order to achieve both short to long term business results.
- Establish high-level strategic relationships with the accounts. Identify main contacts and decision makers. Facilitate the creation of relevant relationships for the appropriate Thales resources.
- Create and implement a follow-up process in order to monitor the customer actions.
**Accounts Acquisition**
- Collaborate closely with Bid Manager to set up tender response strategies and Bid process deliverables. Coordinate and manage tenders answer when a Bid manager hasn’t been appointed.
- Be accountable for all named accounts revenue streams.
- (Provide the accounts with product evolution inputs and roadmap definition.
**Accounts Management**
- Ensure that relevant Market information are communicated internally in Thales.
**Business Development**
- Develop, propose and implement strategic planning for each country/account, in line with Thales’s sales strategy within the scope of the position.

- Build the Firm into complete institution, by enhancing departments like HR, Finance & Admin
- Focus on Marketing strategies and define the organization with Quality staff that will lead the objectives and use of AI for better reach and attract more clients.
- Tailor the Revenue Generation to cover the Expenditure from the 1 st Month
- Design complete structure and build all departments to engage in full business cycle
Qualifications, Certifications and Experience
Qualifications& Experience
Bachelor’s Degree with 5-7 years / Master’s Degree or MBA is Preferred

Additional Qualification
Technical Skills – MS Office and Any System Development, Efficient Business Skill & Communication Skills.
