About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Controls Manager PMO to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Project Management Office (PMO), you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing project controls across multiple large-scale initiatives, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.

• Develop and implement project control systems, processes, and procedures to enhance project performance and reporting
• Lead the project controls team, providing guidance and mentorship to team members

What do we need from you

• Proven experience in managing project controls teams and processes
• Advanced proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6)

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Preparation and monitoring of a Budgeting and Cost Management Plan including updates
- Establishing the cost centers and cost codes for new projects
- Preparation and submission of Project cash flow forecasts and monthly updates thereof at the completion of construction phase
- Provide budget updates in such form and with such details as may be requested by the Client
- Follow up of all contractual issues and monitor their cost impact.
