About the Role


The Project Controls Engineer will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring project timelines and budgets. This role involves the application of industry-standard tools and techniques to ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently and within budgetary constraints. The position requires close collaboration with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update, and manage project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

  • Monitor project progress and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with established goals.

  • Analyze project data to identify risks, delays, or deviations and propose corrective actions.

  • Prepare and submit detailed progress reports, including forecasts and variance analyses.

  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure schedule adherence.

  • Support the preparation of cost estimates and budget tracking for all project phases.

  • Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and change logs.

  • Collaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.

  • Conduct regular project reviews and communicate findings to management and stakeholders.

  • Implement best practices for project controls to optimize efficiency and resource allocation.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project controls, planning, or scheduling roles.

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other scheduling software.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and cost control techniques.

  • Familiarity with industry standards, including Earned Value Management (EVM).

About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Controls Manager PMO to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our Project Management Office (PMO), you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing project controls across multiple large-scale initiatives, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.

  • Develop and implement project control systems, processes, and procedures to enhance project performance and reporting
