About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Manager (Real Estate Portfolio Manager) to oversee a diverse and dynamic property portfolio, including overseas assets across Europe, the US, and the UK . The role is responsible for leading asset management strategies, ensuring operational excellence, and driving long-term value creation for the organization’s real estate investments.
Responsibilities- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of a mixed-use real estate portfolio in coordination with Property Managers.
- Develop and implement pre-operating plans for new properties to ensure successful launch and long-term profitability.
- Create, review, and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and investment strategies.
- Review property management reports, including rent rolls, delinquency reports, occupancy/rental status, and financial performance.
- Track and manage upcoming lease expirations, renewals, and other critical dates.
- Participate in lease reviews, negotiations, and execution of rental and insurance agreements.
- Ensure compliance with local and international real estate regulations, rental, and lease laws.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to optimize property performance and enhance portfolio value.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Liaise with legal, finance, and external consultants to support strategic decision-making.
- Travel internationally as required to oversee and manage overseas assets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (specialization in Real Estate preferred ).
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in real estate investment or portfolio management.
- Strong understanding of real estate accounting principles, rental & lease law, and asset valuation .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required; French is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel internationally when required.

Our client is headquartered in Jeddah and has extensive operations across the Middle East and some excellent growth plans through the acquisition of new businesses. They are looking for a Saudi national to join their project office as Investment Manager.
The purpose of this role will be to support the VP for Investments and Projects and provide advice relating to investment decisions. The core duties will be:
- Monitor financial performance, budgets and plans of the various investments; work with senior management on performance improvement opportunities.
- Support the financial research function; work closely with investment analysts.
- Carry out risk analysis including benchmarking, asset allocation, financial due diligence and financial modelling to enable management to make sound decisions on new and current investments.
- Project planning for acquisitions including cost budget, timelines, scope, standards and objectives.
Requirements:
- This role is only open to Saudi nationals.
- Finance or economics-related degree and ideally a post-graduate qualification such as an MBA, CPA, CFA etc.
- You should have a background in external audit or due diligence, ideally trained with one of the Big4 firms.
- Other experience required: mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, data analysis.
SR 30,000 per month plus education allowance, bonus, family health insurance.
