What You'll Be Doing:
Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies to maximize the value and performance of client’s portfolio.

Identify opportunities for asset repositioning, redevelopment, or divestment to enhance portfolio value.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews to assess performance, market positioning, and alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and execute strategies to optimize occupancy, rental income, and operational efficiency.
Oversee leasing strategies and tenant relationship management to ensure high tenant satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models for the asset portfolio.
Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and net operating income (NOI), and implement corrective actions as needed.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on asset performance, risks, and opportunities.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing asset management team.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the department.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., development, operations, finance) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless asset management processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, tenants, service providers, and regulatory authorities.
Represent the clients in negotiations, presentations, and industry events to promote the company’s asset portfolio.

Proven track record of managing large-scale, mixed-use real estate portfolios, preferably in the Middle East or similar markets.
