The Senior Data Center Sales Specialist role is a seasoned subject matter expert and is a quota-bearing sales persona. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Solution Manager for Technology Managed Services. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in developing and selling end-to-end managed services solutions across IT towers including infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, applications, digital workplace, and service management. This role will be responsible for crafting tailored managed services offerings, driving business development efforts, leading client engagements, and positioning the organization as a strategic technology partner.

Roles And Responsibilities
Daily tasks and delivery expectation

  • Lead solutioning and design for enterprise clients across all technology towers.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand business needs, define requirements, and tailor managed services offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, pricing, alliances, and legal) to build winning proposals and value propositions.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for managed services and participate in pipeline building activities.
  • Articulate and present complex managed services models, including SLAs, XLAs, KPIs, TCO, and ROI, to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support sales cycle from qualification to negotiation and closure, ensuring alignment with client strategy and internal capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitive positioning, and innovation in the managed services space.
