The Senior Data Center Sales Specialist role is a seasoned subject matter expert and is a quota-bearing sales persona. The purpose is to primarily pursue and land qualified leads identified by the Client Management team and other respective teams. Roles And Responsibilities
Daily tasks and delivery expectation
- Lead solutioning and design for enterprise clients across all technology towers.
- Engage directly with clients to understand business needs, define requirements, and tailor managed services offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, pricing, alliances, and legal) to build winning proposals and value propositions.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for managed services and participate in pipeline building activities.
- Articulate and present complex managed services models, including SLAs, XLAs, KPIs, TCO, and ROI, to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support sales cycle from qualification to negotiation and closure, ensuring alignment with client strategy and internal capabilities.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitive positioning, and innovation in the managed services space.
