Job Objective
Undertake the Project Management office activities that will ensure the successful delivery of the Project, This typically includes the following:
- Support Project Manager/Director for establishing and controlling the overall Project to ensure smooth running of the project.- Organize and participate reviews and committees internally, and with the client, and issue MOM and action list accordingly- Prepare all the different materials for the different reviews instances.- Ensure planning, budget and acquisition are monitored and controlled.- Raise alerts to Project Manager when necessary.- Consolidate the information’s from the WPMs to have a global project review.
The person should be having Project management experience for at least 5 years.
And Master’s Degree in management discipline or project management certification is preferable.
Roles & Responsibilities- Contributes and ensures the coordination of all Work Package Manager (WPM) activities for the preparation of the project baseline- Source Data for the future project (Proposal, Contract.)-
- Requirements Baseline for the future project (Technical and Non-Technical Requirements )-
- Execution Baseline for the future project (WBS, OBS, PBS, RAM, Master schedule, Resource planning, Estimate Pack and cash profile, Risks and Opportunities Register, Initial Plan(s).)-
- Justification for the future project (Compliance Matrix, Solution Justification)-
- Coordinates with various internal and external stakeholders, organize meetings, MOM and manage the open items for successful closure.- Contributes to the assessment of alternative solutions- Contributes to the identification of customer selection criteria and hot buttons- Contributes to the definition of the Make/Team/Buy strategy and for the involvement of KIP, the Industrial & contractual strategy,- Identify the supply chain to set up for the project
Manages day to day activities in the PMO to ensure project meet organization goal and requirements.
- Provide regular visibility to project status (key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics) through status reporting and project reviews.
- Be accountable for the risk and opportunity management as well as the associated mitigation plan.
- Supporting the work package leaders as required;
- Responsible (in liaise with WPs) for putting in place appropriate metrics to ensure robust monitoring and control for all elements;
- Lead and being accountable for the PMO activities related to the Project (Scheduling, Configuration Management and Document controlling, Reports)
- Provides deep analysis of the project schedule and ensures it is robust, coherent and optimized;
- Coordinate communications, escalates and facilitates resolution of risks, issues and changes
- Contributing to preparing Project Reviews by creating and presenting dashboards and status reports to project management.
- Ensure that best practice PMO processes and controls are adopted throughout the Project.
- Ensure a “Lessons Learned” culture is embedded and shared within the Project.
- Ensure efficient change control methods and process are utilized.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensure financial tracking and reporting.
- Responsible to follow up and integrate the inputs related to the Project from by Thales Saudi Arabia departments and Thales offshore units.
Work Experience Requirements
5+ years’ as a Project Management Officer/Specialist
Qualification, Certification & Educational Requirements- Bachelor Degree (Master degree is preferable)- Project Management Professional (PMP)®
Preferred Skills- Scheduling Software ( MS Project or Primavera)- Project / work package management- M

We are looking for a versatile and well-organized catering & camp facility management supervisor to oversee our catering & facility management services on different projects. As a CFM Supervisor, you will finalize Quotations & Sales contracts based on cost management to ensure C&FM services order forms reflect customer requirements.
Your duties will include planning menus, organizing new projects and equipment, and hiring catering staff or deploying in-house available staff with management coordination.
Catering Responsibilities
- Determining customer requirements and proposing catering options.
- Negotiating prices and preparing meticulous catering order forms.
- Planning menus and overseeing venue, equipment, food, and service preparations.
- Hiring, training, and supervising catering staff, as well as scheduling employee shifts.
- Liaising with customers, sales staff, chefs, and specialized catering equipment providers.
- Overseeing seating arrangements, the serving of meals and beverages, and the clearing of tables.
- Monitoring the availability of catering stock and supplies and ordering replenishments.
- Tracking catering expenses and maintaining accurate records.
- Adhering to food and health industry regulations and standards.
- Researching catering trends and promoting competitive catering services.
Facility Management Responsibilities
The key purpose of the CFM Supervisor is part of a team of O&M subject matter experts tasked with supporting the delivery of ‘Industry-Class’ O&M operational standards and procedures, and their implementation across KSA company's projects.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the development, global best practice benchmarking, and production of facility management procedures and standards as a component of the Local Saudi O&M Manual for Customer Needs.
- Provide facility management subject matter expertise across all company's projects either according to the strategic plan or in response to entity request.
- Support the matrixed organization in the effective delivery of complex contract deliverables across O&M practice, by holistically integrating facility management thought leadership.
- Produce evidence-based research into facility management processes and systems.
- Engage and maintain close working relationships with the client and its partner Consultancy in order to optimize O&M best practices.
- Insure the effective enablement of Saudi government entity facility management by assisting the Enablement department with their implementation by providing understanding of the desired standards as SME on O&M elements such as:
- Post Maintenance Testing (including routine acceptance criteria).
- System-Engineering Programmes over critical systems life cycles.
- Equipment/ Tool Control (including control, use, storage, scheduling and safety), and Measuring and Test Equipment (M&TE).
- Configuration Management (including a change control process).
- Standardized Grounds and Landscaping schedules and templates.
- Facility Management (FM), which addresses facility safety, surveillances and inspections, seasonal planning and customer service.
- Emergency Management, that addresses preparedness, drills and action plans for emergencies.
- Space, Energy, and Cleaning Management.
- Fleet Management, that addresses utilization, maintenance and inspections, and includes applicable templates and checklists.
- Procurement processes for goods and services in support of O&M.
- Review and amend procedures and processes pre-developed by the Client’s partner Consultant, including:
- Health and safety.
- Environmental.
- Waste management.
- Quality assurance.
- Continuous improvement.
- Develop a process to ensure contract standardization across the company's projects array of O&M contracts.
What we are looking for in our candidates
- Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in a related field on national/international major initiatives and developments.
- Expert in development and implementation of best practice standards and processes.
- Extensive experience of working internationally (preference for Middle East / KSA).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proven track record of instituting continuous improvement and change management.
- Previous Consulting/ Advisory experience preferred.
