We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Marketing Manager who will be the primary person responsible for managing and executing the marketing strategy across all brands and companies under the Hisham Albloshi Group. These brands are relatively new to the market but have high potential, and therefore require strong, creative, and intensive marketing efforts.

The Marketing Manager will coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities. This includes managing communication with both in-house team members and external service providers, influencers, agencies, and freelancers. The role will report directly to the CEO, align with the CEO’s set goals and sales targets, and be directly accountable for achieving them.

We expect the Marketing Manager to utilize a wide range of marketing tools and channels, including influencer collaborations, digital marketing, social media, and other innovative methods to drive brand awareness and sales. The candidate must understand how to create campaigns that connect with target audiences and maximize ROI, even when working with new and growing brands.

Years and Type of Experience:

  • Min. 7+ years of experience in Brand Marketing and 3+ years within Tier 1 CPG companies.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of MENA consumer & retailer’s landscape, especially UAE & KSA (preferred )
  • A highly capable marketer, with a proven track record of good consumer understanding, marketing strategy development and brand equity management within a leading consumer goods organisation.
  • Proven success in identifying consumer insights and developing brand strategies which have delivered revenue growth and increased market share.
  • Experienced in successfully developing and motivating a high performance team.

Skills and Abilities:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate marketing projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor marketing projects and campaigns.

  • Develop project timelines, assign tasks, and track progress to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (designers, writers, digital marketers) and external vendors or partners.

  • Assist in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and content.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing deliverables.

  • Monitor and report on project performance, budgets, and timelines.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign strategies.

  • Organize and maintain marketing project documentation and files.

  • Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders and management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar role.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and MS Office Suite.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing and content creation is a plus.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
