Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the regional product portfolio, by market, by category and by media and trade channel (aligning with the company’s regional and global objectives). Propose recommendations for strategic moves informed by market emerging trends, consumer needs, competitive landscapes.
- Brand Portfolio Management:
Develop and implement global and regional brands positioning, pricing, PPA and promotional strategy ensuring consistency with the company’s identity, values and business objectives. Build brand equity and lead initiatives to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.
- Product Development & Launch:
Collaborate with R&D and commercial teams for product development tailored to market demands. Design and implement successful product launch campaigns, including promotional activities.

- Stakeholder Management:
