- Minimum of Diploma (or equivalent) in Mechanical Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Production Technology or a related field, or a recognized professional certification such as Certified Composites Technician (CCT) – American Composites Manufacturers Association (ACMA), PCN Level II or III (BINDT), or ASNT Level II or III.
- Excellent communication skills and motivation to engage and inspire trainees (A CEFR B1 ability in English is required).
- Enhanced security clearance will be required.

PCN Level II, or III (BINDT) / ASNT Level II, or III
- Excellent communication skills and motivation to engage and inspire trainees (A CEFR B1 ability in English is required).

- End-Point Assessment (EPA) experience or an assessor qualification such as CAVA (Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement) or TAQA.
- Industry-recognized certifications, such as :
Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).
Project Management certification such as PMP or PRINCE 2 practitioner.
Continues Professional Development
- Candidates without a formal teaching qualification will be expected to complete a Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training (supported by LCI) within six months of starting. Additionally, opportunities for further professional development and industry certification will be provided. Those meeting the minimum educational qualifications but lacking work experience may be considered for the Saudi Junior Teacher Development Program.

Base salary SAR17,000 per month TAX FREE
Housing allowance SAR 4,250per month TAX FREE

- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in mechanical systems, material testing, industrial additive manufacturing, ideally within a manufacturing or defense setting.
- Minimum of Diploma (or equivalent) in Mechanical Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Production Technology or a related field. Or a recognized professional certification in a related field, for example :
