Essential Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in composite materials, fabrication, repair methodologies, MRO processes, inspection techniques or regulatory compliance, ideally within a manufacturing, aviation, land, or naval setting.
• Minimum of Diploma (or equivalent) in Mechanical Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Production Technology or a related field, or a recognized professional certification such as Certified Composites Technician (CCT) – American Composites Manufacturers Association (ACMA), PCN Level II or III (BINDT), or ASNT Level II or III.
• Excellent communication skills and motivation to engage and inspire trainees (A CEFR B1 ability in English is required).
• Enhanced security clearance will be required.
• Understanding of health & safety regulations and best practices.

Desirable Requirements

• Prior teaching or training experience in a technical or vocational setting.

• Drive Design for Manufacturing and Design for Reliability reviews of NPI products/concepts at CM and lead activities to optimize product and process designs.
• Make recommendations for product/process design changes & final assembly standards/limits that have direct impact to final product cost, quality and delivery.
