BAE Systems is the UK Government’s nominated Prime Contractor under the Government-to-Government arrangements that are in place to provide equipment, support and training to Saudi Arabia. We provide maintenance of Royal Saudi Air Force aircraft and train RSAF personnel safely in a training environment in how to use their aircraft, equipment and weapons.

**JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- The Job Holder is to design and mobilize, and then manage an effective system of Project Management Controls and Monitoring for TSS.
- The Job Holder will be responsible on all the governance activities related to Project Management Lead (PML) for TSS will be responsible for all the project management governance requirements and will be the focal point between the programme and the project management function.
- The Job Holder is responsible for supporting the CAMs in the delivery of the major work elements of the TSS Programme and in all relevant aspects as delegated. He is to provide timely, considered advice and support to the CAMs on project performance and strategy.
- The Job Holder will take an active involvement in the day to day business management activities in scope to understand them and provide effective support. He is to be a key participant in emerging business activities and interface with relevant Project Directors, Project Teams, Customers, and employees. This facilitation of operations includes but is not limited to:
- Defining/planning/delivery work packages to support technical & service delivery.
- Facilities management for buildings/areas in scope.
- Operations/daily work enablers (e.g. non-CMS task vehicles).
- Contractor Working Party support/management.
- Project Management tasking & support, including local purchasing in accordance with the relevant procedures and contractual constraints.
- Under the direction of the Project Delivery Director - TSS, the Job Holder is responsible for implementing and managing a relevant and effective suite of Project Management structures to control, monitor, and report on the KAAB operations. This includes but is not limited to:
- Control Account Management and budget/cost control as relevant (including a local budget to facilitate day-to-day operations & Tornado programme delivery at KAAB).
- Effective planning and project monitoring.
- Support and input to PRS reporting.
- Support and input to Lifecycle management reviews.
- Requirements and change management.
- Identification, mitigation, & management of relevant TSS Risks and Opportunities.
- Leading and enabling programme reviews/effective internal reporting.
- Supporting/enabling customer reviews.
- Lead the regular programme reviews in adherence with the TSS review structure.
- The Job Holder is responsible for leading & managing Business Continuity Planning (and documentation) & Emergency Response Planning / annual exercise management.
- The Job Holder is responsible for demonstrating the personal leadership and management qualities and capabilities, essential to promote and protect BAES reputational interests. This includes strong leadership performance and behaviours exemplifying BAE Systems policies, procedures, and standards.
- The Job Holder is responsible for line management and development of his/her direct team of employees.
**RECRUITMENT SPECIFICATION**
Essential:
- Knowledge and experience of undertaking and delivering business within a Defence contracting or military service environment in KSA or the Middle East.
- Experience in project management within the industry/sector knowledge; leading significant and diverse projects, with an understanding of all parts of the business lifecycle.
- Experience of managing Customers, Contractors, Vendors, and teams in the delivery of complex project requirements to cost, schedule and quality.
- Degree qualified (or equivalent) in an appropriate discipline.
- Experience across the project lifecycle including, where possible, familiarity with Life Cycle Management.

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Consultant with a strong background in Business Excellence and Business Process Management (BPM) to support strategic transformation initiatives during a 1-year engagement . The ideal candidate will bring 5–8 years of experience , including a solid track record in management consulting , and will play a critical role in designing, optimizing, and institutionalizing high-performing business processes and excellence frameworks within client organizations.
Key Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience in business process management (BPM) and business excellence initiatives.
- Prior experience working in a management consulting environment.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to deliver clear presentations, reports, and process documentation.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Lead the assessment, design, and optimization of business processes across key functional areas.
- Develop and implement business excellence frameworks and process governance models.
- Conduct maturity assessments, identify improvement opportunities, and define target operating models.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate findings.
- Prepare process maps, SOPs, RACI matrices, and documentation for implementation.
- Develop performance metrics and KPIs to measure process effectiveness and excellence outcomes.
- Support change management and capability building for process owners and operational teams.
- Deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and deliverables aligned with engagement goals and client expectations.
