Role OverviewIn this role, you will oversee and facilitate the food delivery operations of our company. You will manage personnel and processes to ensure the effective distribution of prepared meals.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee import and export operations, ensuring compliance with SFDA, ZATCA, SABER, and SENAEI regulations.
- Coordinate with customs authorities and government agencies to obtain necessary approvals.
- Handle documentation, permits, and licensing requirements for international shipments.
- Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to optimize logistics operations.
- Monitor changes in local and international trade regulations and update internal procedures accordingly.
- Address and resolve clearance or regulatory issues affecting shipments.
- Supervise logistics personnel and ensure efficient workflow across delivery operations.
- Monitor tracking progress and set up a formal line of communication with management

Qualifications
- Must have had a 4 - 6 years of previous proven experience as a logistics supervisor or similar position
- Proven experience in import/export regulations and logistics management in Saudi Arabia.
- Supervise the international shipping operation, including the export and import between our branches in different locations in GCC.
- Have good knowledge about Government import requirements for certificates and permits.
- Strong knowledge of SFDA, ZATCA, SABER, and SENAEI requirements.
- Experience in handling customs clearance and government approvals.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Must have logistics experience in Saudi
- Must be currently present in Saudi
- Must be a proficient communicator in English

What you'll be doing
You will be responsible for coordinating on and analysing all Operational flows & OMS development projects as well as all data requirements under the Ecommerce Operations Department on a brand & group level.
- Coordinating and assist in initiating omnichannel initiatives within the scope of the OMS.
- Managing development projects on the OMS; including but not limited to prioritization and standardization of such developments across brands.
- Auditing the standardization initiatives from the OMS and Data teams
- Building project plans and task lists within the scope of the OMS
