We are looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who want to join our team as an Operations Manager. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of salaried and hourly talent. You will be responsible for engaging your team during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. To achieve this, managers are expected to provide their team with the tools needed for success while driving improvements in productivity and efficiency through data-driven decisions and analytical problem-solving. Core Responsibilities:
- Provide lightning-fast IT support across Mac/Windows environments.
- Own end-to-end employee onboarding: accounts, equipment, configure access.
- Administer our SaaS stack with security-first mindset and least-privilege access
- Automate repetitive tasks using Python/Bash scripts or low-code tools - if you do it twice, you automate it
- Maintain device inventory, manage software licenses, and ensure all hardware is encrypted
- Document everything: create SOPs, maintain asset registers, and run monthly "tech tips" sessions for the team
- Coordinate with vendors for renewals, troubleshoot network issues, and be first responder for any tech emergencies
What You Bring
