Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead business growth efforts for the KSA region within the Building Information Modeling (BIM) industry. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular sales pipeline reports and forecasts for management review.

Brand Positioning & Representation

  • Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Promote the company’s BIM services and digital transformation expertise.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of business development or sales experience in the BIM or AEC industry.
  • Proven track record in securing high-value BIM or digital construction projects.
  • Knowledge of BIM workflows, software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Synchro, etc.), and industry standards.
  • Strong network within the KSA construction and infrastructure sectors.
