Roles and Responsibilities:

• Leading the District Infrastructure Program, made up of a number of work packages through the design, procurement, construction, and handover process.
• Managing Design and Project Management consultants in a Program Management capacity.
• Lead a project management support team including design, commercial, and project controls.
• Coordinating consultants across the entire program to ensure that the district infrastructure is delivered effectively.
• Challenge and advise the client organization on best practice and strategic delivery decisions.
• Support the Procurement process and onboarding of Design/Construction teams.
• Monitor and manage Risk to maintain the project schedule.
• Manage change and ensure that budgets are carefully managed.

1. The candidate's initial sole responsibility will be as consortium lead for a large project in KSA, where the client will be the lead developer on a 6-12 month bidding process.
2. Act as the lead point of contact for the Procurer, the Consortium, and all internal/external stakeholders.
3. Participate actively in commercial, technical, legal, and financial workshops to guide participants toward desired outcomes.
4. Lead negotiations of all key transaction documents, with support from legal counsel.
