- Assist in the preparation of financial projections and long-term financial plans.
- Prepare and submit monthly mobile and console Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to department heads.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation, explanations, and insights.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Prepare and present reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommending appropriate actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of proposed projects, initiatives, or investments.
- Streamline financial processes and workflows, leveraging technology and automation where applicable.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and accounting standards, proactively recommending changes or updates to existing policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain policies for financial reporting to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity management.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience as an Accountant or similar role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
