- Undertake regular compliance checklists on store operations aspects through the Focus platform ensuring action plans are in place for resolution
- Drive the adoption of all processes and procedures in the stores

- Emergency Response Activation
- Activate and coordinate emergency response plans in the event of ERP activation, natural disasters, or security incidents. Providing the communication conduit to ensure a rapid and effective response to protect personnel and assets across the property. Set-up of control room as initial command center during any attraction related live incident
- Communication Management
- Oversee all communication systems, including radio, phone lines, and digital platforms, to facilitate seamless communication amongst departments, operational responses, the duty management team and other relevant stakeholders. Coordinate the activities of personnel within the control room, including operators, dispatchers, and administrators, to ensure efficient and effective operation
- Operational Administration
- Coordinate with the Assistant manager on fulfilling the day-to-day administrative tasks such as ops base documentation. Ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently by providing the tools, equipment, and resources to the front-line Operations team and other subdepartments in Aquarabia Qiddiya City. Drive and support technology utilization across the operations, executing the provided modules and components of the smart park initiative with guest journey and park management initiatives such as queue time management, Guest distribution and efficiency drivers
- Operational CCTV Surveillance
- Monitor and view operational CCTV footage in line with the Assistant Manager's approval if needed access to enhance security, ride safety, detect suspicious activities, and provide intel to enable response to occurrences in real-time
- Keep an inventory of tools like Radios sets, telephones, iPad etc. and equipment used in daily operations, ensuring they are maintained, repaired, and replaced as necessary to minimize downtime and ensure effective communication
- Data Management and Analysis
- Collect and report data related to operations, incidents, and communication effectiveness to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards and prepare reports for management and regulatory authorities as needed
- Additionally -Adhere to all responsibilities and performance expectations of the Supervisor, Aquatics - ref JD-WTP-Aquatics -Supervisor
