Key Responsibilities
Lead daily recycling operations (collection, on-site segregation, transfer, and reporting) to meet safety, quality, and service KPIs.
Operations & Service Delivery
- Plan and dispatch vehicles, drivers, and crews to meet the daily recycling schedule, collection, back-loading.
- Optimize routes and container distribution; submit weekly improvement proposals.
- Ensure container hygiene: replace/repair damaged containers and maintain an asset register.
- Verify correct material segregation at source and consolidation areas (plastics, cardboard, metals, organics, residuals).
- Coordinate with weighbridges/MRFs/landfills for timely tipping; reconcile all tickets daily against trips.

People Leadership
