Role Description

The primary role of the Panel Management Executive is to recruit onboard train new Panelists and manage panelists. This position also involves maintaining engagement levels ensuring active participation and addressing Panelist concerns during the initial period on the panel. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager or Field Manager and use the Global Panel Management (GPM) tool to track and monitor engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Recruitment of New Panelists : Identify and recruit new Panelists from various sources such as online platforms referrals and face-to-face recruitment at Panelist homes.
  • Onboarding and Training : Onboard new Panelists by providing comprehensive training on the panels purpose procedures and rewards program.
  • Panelist Replacement : Manage the replacement of Panelists who drop out ensuring the panel remains robust and representative.
  • Monitoring Participation : Track and monitor Panelist participation for the first month addressing any concerns and ensuring high engagement levels.
  • Engagement and Feedback : Connect with Panelists to understand and resolve their concerns. Communicate the importance of active participation and gather feedback to inform the Project Manager and senior team for decision-making.
  • Daily Communication : Maintain daily communication with the Recruitment Project Manager to report on recruitment progress and Panelist engagement.
  • Issue Resolution : Regularly check in with Panelists during their first month to resolve any issues promptly.
  • Use of GPM Tool : Use the GPM tool to track monitor and document discussions and updates related to Panel engagement activities.
  • Quality Assurance : Review the first month of scans to address and resolve any quality concerns using the Panelist report card tools.
  • Demographic Collection : Ensure GPS location is enabled during the collection of demographic details for accuracy.
  • Demographic Monitoring : Monitor the demographic profile of the panel to ensure recruitment targets the correct demographics.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring** :

+ Proven stakeholder management skills to C-suite and national representation levels.
+ Proven record of accomplishment as a successful Executive in Program Management Projects.
+ 20+ experience in the industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust financial reporting systems and processes to drive decision-making, operational efficiency, and value creation across the hospitality portfolio in an accurate and timely manner including monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts, as well as other financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow)
  • Lead the preparation and coordination of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans for the hospitality assets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Lead operational readiness for the first hospitality assets scheduled for Q4 2026 completion
  • Manage the Finance functions of asset handover, onboarding of all hotel operators and the pre-opening activities, budgets, business plans etc. for all hotel assets in conjunction with the Qiddiya Development & Finance teams
  • Develop strategic relationships with all hotel operators and service providers counterparts
  • Contribute to Qiddiya Asset Management operational policies and standards which all asset owners and operators will follow
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, reporting tools, and processes to increase accuracy, efficiency, and insights
  • Provide financial analysis and insights into budget variances and forecasting. Offering actionable recommendations to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and revenue optimization accurately reflecting operational changes, economic conditions, and market dynamics referencing key drivers such as, RevPAR, ADR, occupancy rates, operating margins, and other financial metrics
  • Identify trends, issues, and opportunities within the portfolio, and provide proactive recommendations for operational improvements or cost-saving initiatives
  • Ensure the implementation and adherence to sound internal controls, risk management practices, and compliance with financial regulations and policies and compliance with accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and regulatory requirements across all financial reporting and management activities
  • Work closely with legal, tax, and compliance teams to ensure financial operations meet regulatory requirements and mitigate financial risks
  • Drive initiatives to streamline financial processes, implement technological solutions, and improve efficiency across reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities ensuring that the business has access to the most accurate and timely financial information

Requirements

To help us maintain our high standards of service, we are seeking an experienced and accomplished Logistics Executive, to drive both innovation and execution in our busy last mile network.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • The Logistics Executive provides on-ground support to Ops team and Program Team with initiatives that require complex investigation and proactivity.
  • With a mix of operational and program expertise the Logistics Executive works with various stakeholders to support, monitor and drive resolution of operational call outs to minimize the overall business risk and maintaining the high Amazon quality bar.
  • You should be able to dive deep, scrutinize details and foresee data implications.
  • The Logistics Executive is a critical role in the Variable Program team organization as it serves as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders keeping in mind business objectives.
  • Being organized, act promptly in notifying off-operational situation, problem solver, detailed oriented are part of your DNA.
  • At the same time, you will be supporting the Program team who works on the back-end to gather insights and use them to enhance program lifecycle and ensure Amazon standards and Partners best experience.
  • Ideal candidate should have experience in managing end to end payments processes, raising POs, strong in excel skills, dive deep in large data across multiple tools and dashboards and work closely with internal and external stake holders to ensure on time payments as per SLAs.
