  2. Analyze current business processes and recommend digital solutions (e.g., automation, AI, cloud services) to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  3. Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies (e.g., IoT, big data analytics) suitable for the clients’s operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations (e.g., DGA Qiyas, NCA cybersecurity standards).
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, government entities, and external partners to align digital initiatives with regional priorities and secure buy-in.
  5. Oversee the execution of digital transformation projects, including resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation, using tools like Microsoft Project or Jira.
  6. Develop training programs and change management plans to ensure staff adoption of new digital tools and processes.
  7. Prepare progress reports, performance metrics, and post-implementation reviews to assess the impact of digital transformation efforts.
  8. Stay abreast of global and regional digital trends (e.g., cloud adoption in the GCC) to inform strategy updates.
    Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in digital transformation and strategy consulting, with at least 2 years in the governamental entities.
  • Proficiency in digital transformation frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, COBIT).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, STC Cloud) and data management tools.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NCA guidelines).
