Qualifications & Experience:

- Deep understanding of IT Strategic Planning, Execution, and Operating Management.

Responsibilities
- Define Business Value: Work closely with executive stakeholders to translate technology opportunities (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Customer Experience, AI copilots) into tangible business cases tied to revenue growth, operational efficiency, or margin expansion.
- Package and Position Solutions: Lead the creation of outcome-oriented value propositions that reframe Confiz's technical services as strategic solutions to business challenges.
- Strategic Advisory: Conduct early-stage diagnostic engagements, facilitate business discovery sessions, and assist customers in defining their digital transformation roadmap prior to implementation.
- Executive Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, especially CFOs and CEOs, helping them envision the business impact of data, AI, and digital solutions.
- Support Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to develop impactful content such as executive pitches, ROI models, and industry-specific narratives.
- Practice Development: Build internal frameworks and methodologies for business value engineering and help develop a business advisory capability within Confiz.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in roles combining technology strategy with business advisory or digital consulting.
- Proven track record of working with executive stakeholders to define ROI for digital and AI initiatives.
- Preferred prior employers/roles include:
- Consulting firms (e.g., Big 4 or specialized digital/data consultancies) in digital transformation or technology strategy roles.
- Technology services or system integration firms in business consulting or solution lead roles with executive-facing responsibilities.
