- Design and deliver a comprehensive digital transformation strategy, including roadmaps, frameworks, and KPIs, tailored to the organization’s mission.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend digital solutions (e.g., automation, AI, cloud services) to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies (e.g., IoT, big data analytics) suitable for the clients’s operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations (e.g., DGA Qiyas, NCA cybersecurity standards).
- Collaborate with internal teams, government entities, and external partners to align digital initiatives with regional priorities and secure buy-in.
- Oversee the execution of digital transformation projects, including resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation, using tools like Microsoft Project or Jira.
- Develop training programs and change management plans to ensure staff adoption of new digital tools and processes.
- Prepare progress reports, performance metrics, and post-implementation reviews to assess the impact of digital transformation efforts.
- Stay abreast of global and regional digital trends (e.g., cloud adoption in the GCC) to inform strategy updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in digital transformation and strategy consulting, with at least 2 years in the governamental entities.
- Proficiency in digital transformation frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, COBIT).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, STC Cloud) and data management tools.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NCA guidelines).
- PMP, ITIL, TOGAF,or Certified Digital Transformation Professional.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Cultural awareness and ability to navigate regional business environments.

Job Description:
Renoir is looking for an individual with a background in digital and data solutions and experience in digital-related projects, analytics, automation, and digital connectivity.
You must have field experience in digital transformation in/for large multinational companies. You must be familiar with the client's digital demands and requirements, be able to convert business needs and digital needs into digital solutions and a plan, be able to design digital solutions that will transform the client towards digitalisation, uplift productivity and resolve issues. You need to be familiar with digital analysis (identification of best-fit digital solutions), digitalisation blueprint setup and roadmap setup.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to identify, document and, if necessary, design the systems solutions landscape of our clients, including evaluation of business needs and which technology solutions meet those needs.
- Make recommendations of the optimal systems solutions landscape and enterprise systems architecture for our clients.
- Operate cross-functionally in digital initiatives and translate client business needs to a systems solutions landscape and specific digital solutions within it.
- Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realises that they are required.
- Using best practices, you will architect digital solutions for deployment that are simple and have scalability, maintainability, and resiliency.
- Help clients optimise reporting and analytics processes, systems, and information to provide business insights that drive better decisions and actions.
- Provide solution development effort, benefits plan, return on investment and cost estimation for digital demands.
- Support the identification and implementation of new digital products and technologies.
- Participate in the project life cycle to provide solution inputs.
- Contribute technical knowledge to support projects across our organisation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in systems engineering, IT management, Business Management, or related disciplines.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in defining, piloting, and implementing digital solutions across different industries especially
Construction and/or Real Estate is required
. - Preferably with previous employment in consulting companies.
- Digitally savvy and familiar with the latest technology solutions in digital and data.
- Experience of emerging technologies, large-scale enterprise solutions and cloud-based solutions such as automation, IoT, mobile, cloud, Big data, cybersecurity, etc.
- Certifications in BPMN, TOGAF, ArchiMate, would be advantageous.
- Experience implementing or integrating Oracle Fusion, Microsoft D365, Primavera, Oracle HCM, Autodesk would be beneficial
. - Familiar with large multinational enterprise transformation projects and delivery methodology.
- You will be a problem solver, helping to solve complex system and business issues from strategy to execution.
- You will also be able to understand how business processes have an impact on these digital solutions and be able to quantify potential benefits and return on investment.
- Affinity with problems at the intersection of organisational design, process, people, and technology.
- Strong analytical, data and process background.
- Ability to zoom out to strategy and zoom into detail.
- Strong sense of prioritisation and ability to execute on deliverables.
- An understanding and appreciation of the consultancy lifestyle
- Experience in the
Middle East or KSA market
is preferred. - Excellent oral and written communication skills in
English and Arabic.
