- Blog Management & Inbound Alignment: Collaborate on the Bikerz blog strategy, ensuring content is optimized for inbound best practices, supports SEO efforts, and effectively drives value without being gated.
- User-Generated Content (UGC) Initiatives: Develop and execute strategies to encourage, collect, and showcase authentic user-generated content from our community members and trainees.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, website traffic from social) to identify trends and inform future strategies.
- Brand Voice & Consistency: Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all social media channels and organic content.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep Bikerz at the forefront of digital engagement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
