**The Role**

**The Requirements**
- 6+ years of relevant experience preferably in an international work environment
- Bachelors/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources or any other analytical focused Faculty degree
- Preferably experience in Human Resources consulting
- Ability to build strong client and associate working relationships
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Proven Project Management skills
- Ability to produce high quality written work, such as business reports or proposals
- Self-driven achiever with a value for teamwork, collaboration, decisiveness, integrity in all that is done
