We are seeking a Senior Data & Insights Analyst to join a fast-paced, forward-thinking team at the heart of a rapidly growing ecosystem in the sports and entertainment space. This role is ideal for an experienced analytics professional who thrives on turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
As a key player in the data function, you’ll work across the full data lifecycle—from ingestion and cleansing through analysis and interpretation—to deliver high-impact insights to stakeholders. If you're passionate about data storytelling, confident in statistical methodologies, and skilled at bringing structure to large, often unstructured data sets, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing- Analyze ticketing, user behavior, market, and operational data to uncover trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance and KPIs
- Apply statistical methods and data mining to forecast trends and support business strategy
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions
- Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Mentor junior analysts and support the evolution of analytics practices within the team
- Improve data collection, processing, and reporting frameworks to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL and experience handling large, complex datasets
- Strong skills with visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling
- Ability to communicate insights effectively to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
- Experience with Python or R is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (especially GCP) is advantageous
- Experience in the ticketing or entertainment industry is a bonus

About the Role:
As a CBRE Research Analyst, you'll support the Research team in sourcing, tracking, analyzing, and forecasting real estate data and trends, including support in generating presentation and report content. This role is part of the wider Research function, which is responsible for monitoring market fundamentals and assessing the impact of a variety of economic, social, and political changes on the real estate sector.
What You'll Do- Provide support for global, regional, and local research initiatives.
- Track and maintain databases for real estate data points such as sales values/pricing, rental values, transaction volumes, cross sector supply, occupancy rates, etc.
- Monitor and research market conditions to identify trends and recognize opportunities.
- Draft questionnaires, polls, surveys, and other data collection resources.
- Support in the preparation of market reports and market presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Consulting, Valuation, Leasing and Marketing, to integrate research findings into databases, reports and presentations.
- Oversee small projects and assigned project tasks.
- Bachelor's Degree, with 0-2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Some experience with analyzing information and making related judgments.
- Knowledge of standard real estate principles with some limited practical experience in applying them.

**Job Summary**:
The Research Analyst Manager oversees all aspects of the Corporate Governance Center (CGC) projects and services. This includes managing the CG Index, which involves gathering and storing data, evaluating companies' performance and compliance, analyzing economic and statistical information, and presenting reports in Arabic and English using Excel, SPSS, and PowerPoint. Additionally, the Manager is responsible for maintaining and updating the CGC website and managing its social media presence and communication. They also communicate with regulators and clients and organize conferences and workshops. As part of their job, the Manager works with public corporations and regulators, handling their financial and administrative information. They also work with students seeking training and credentials in Corporate Governance.
**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**
- Collects data and documents needed for the assessment process of the CG Index and ensures the data should be publicly available and easy to obtain through the companies and Tadawul websites.
- Organizing and analyzing data, creating charts and graphs, and presenting the findings to the external companies.
- Provides recommendations to the department to improve future business operations.
- Develops market overviews and generate research notes on developing trends, emerging situations and tactics, and other economically focused topics for internal and external clients.
- Gains understanding of investment and shareholder issues through fundamental research, including analysis of corporate strategy and financial statements, and policy guidelines
- Supports managing all aspects of the planning and organization for the CGC’s annual international conference and other events with marketing, artwork, permits, fundraising, registration, and website management, etc.
- Collaborates within the CGC and with other Alfaisal University departments to promote the Center and its services.
- Monitors and updating the CGC’s website and social media accounts as needed.
- Responds to and/or relaying queries received on the CGC website, social media, or by telephone.
- Participates in meetings and prepares for and actively contributing within meetings in a clear, concise, and relevant manner.
- Performs all other duties in a professional, effective, and confidential manner.
- Performs all other related duties as required or assigned by the manager.
**Education Licenses / Experience**
- Master’s degree in information management, Business Administration, or equivalent from an accredited institute.
- Certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified associate in project management (CAPM) by Project Management Institute or equivalent (Desirable).
- Minimum of eight (08) years of experience in a research and data analysis institution or related field.
