Responsibilities- Lead and manage the company’s financial affairs to ensure strategic objectives are achieved, maintain financial stability, and ensure compliance with local and international standards. The role focuses heavily on managing relationships with banks and suitable corporate partners, overseeing financial statements, deposits, and investments.
- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Oversee the preparation of periodic (quarterly and annual) financial statements in accordance with approved accounting standards.
- Manage the company’s relationships with local and international banks to secure optimal financial facilities.
- Oversee company deposits and investment accounts to achieve the highest possible returns with minimal risk.
- Evaluate and analyze potential investment opportunities and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations.
- Monitor financial and tax compliance and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and enhance internal financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare financial reports and analysis for senior management and the Board of Directors to support decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CPA or CMA preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance.
