Role: Sales Manager in Saudi Arabia
You are expected to drive new client acquisition and grow incremental revenue against a targeted list of high-potential agencies and advertisers through continuous engagement. You should continually build and maintain a pipeline of clients and agencies to be onboarded to the Microsoft Advertising platform. Collaborate with internal Account Managers and Strategy teams to develop quality customer plans focused on revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Cultivating strategic client relationships, revenue generation, and delivering customized search solutions will be key to your core responsibilities. Your success will be measured by specific KPIs focused on new customer acquisition, product adoption, customer experience, and opportunity optimization.
What is expected from you?
First Quarter:
- Understand the Microsoft Advertising Ecosystem in KSA and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Leverage your existing relationships in the advertising ecosystem to drive revenue conversations and open new industry relationships.
- Build a healthy, predictable pipeline of clients for partnership and onboarding discussions.
- Create high-value, revenue-generating opportunities to meet quota expectations.
- Lead impactful engagements with key clients.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to achieve targets.
From the Second Quarter Onwards:
- Master and expand on activities initiated in the first quarter.
- Grow Bing’s market share by onboarding new clients and agencies.
- Strengthen relationships with key client and agency stakeholders (e.g., decision makers, media planners, senior leadership).
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage opportunities effectively.
- Enhance your Search Industry expertise and take responsibility for your career development.
- Complete required trainings and apply learnings for growth and progression.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of work experience with 3+ years in online media sales/digital advertising.
- Strong network within the KSA marketplace, with understanding of key digital players (brands, agencies, etc.).
- Experience in building a client base from scratch, lead generation, and agency relationships.
- Proven digital media solution sales experience, storytelling, and engaging presentation skills across leadership levels.
- Ability to manage key client relationships and revenue.
- Data-driven approach to business planning and execution.
- Customer needs analysis and customized pitch delivery skills.
- Track record of exceeding revenue targets, high productivity, and excellent communication skills.
- Passion for technology as a growth enabler.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity in client management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, responsibility, and thought leadership.
- Excellent communication skills for transparency and information sharing.
- Willingness to travel within markets to meet clients and strengthen partnerships.

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist for a full-time, on-site position . The role involves managing and optimizing digital marketing activities, including web analytics and online campaigns, with a strong focus on improving performance and reducing CPA (Cost Per Acquisition). Collaboration with the content team and regular follow-ups to ensure seamless campaign execution are key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to increase ROI
- Optimize campaign performance to reduce CPA
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure cohesive marketing strategies
- Analyze web analytics and use insights to refine strategies
- Create and maintain a content calendar and ensure timely execution
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and implement best practices
- Coordinate with the customer service team to address comments and feedback
- Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement
Proven expertise in web analytics and online marketing .
Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify , Zid , or Salla , preferably within a retail environment .
Strong familiarity with digital marketing trends , tools, and performance tracking.
Prior experience in the e-commerce or retail sector within Saudi Arabia is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage funded campaigns with a focus on increasing ROI and conversion rates . Seniority level
