- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, Law, or a related field.
- Saudi Council of Engineers (SSE) Membership or any local engineer's society membership, i.e. CRPEP (for Bahrain).
- Additional training courses, professional and personal development with membership to professional groups, societies or institutes, desired.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, etc.), procurement processes, and contract law.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian local laws and regulations related to construction projects.
- Experience of managing contracts on large, complex, and high-value projects.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Office Quality Engineer supports the Quality Manager in implementing, monitoring,

dossiers, and properly compiled in accordance with initial acceptance

Audit reports, and related records.
• Participate in internal and external audits and support continuous
improvement initiatives.
• System Implementation Support: Contribute to the implementation and
continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment
with ISO 9001 or client-specific systems.
• Support Project Quality team for Material Submittal & Vendor Document
Review: Review material submittals, test certificates, and vendor quality
documentation for compliance with project specifications and applicable
standards.
• Coordination and Communication: Liaise with site QA/QC teams,
construction, engineering, and procurement departments to ensure quality
requirements are fully integrated and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in Testing and Commissioning activities either On-Site or Off-site.
• Final Documentation and Closeout: Prepare and compile project handover
documents including Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals, As-Built
documentation, Testing & Commissioning records, and project close-out
• Training and Awareness: Assist in conducting quality awareness sessions and
provide support in implementing quality improvement initiatives.
• Collecting Project Quality Reporting: Compile and submit regular quality
reports, highlighting key issues, quality performance indicators, NCR trends, and
status of inspections and tests.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial)
• Certifications (preferred or as required):
o ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Certification with hands-on experience in
conducting internal audits.
o Project-specific qualifications (e.g., Aramco, Royal Commission, Dirriyah
o Minimum of 5 years of relevant QA/QC experience in the field of
construction of power, water, energy, infrastructure, and district cooling
plant projects within Saudi Arabia or the Middle East, with strong

RESPONSIBILITIES

Expected:
- An Engineering degree in Electronics & Communications / Electrical Engineering qualification is essential.
