Petro Rabigh invests in developing human capital by offering an Early Career Development Program for a select group of male and female graduates. This program aims to prepare a distinguished group of young professionals with the experience and readiness to enter the job market.

Admission requirements Where applications are considered based on the availability of vacancies and the following criteria :
