- Familiar with Saudi Aramco safety standards (preferred).

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Training Program Management
- Develop, compile, and update technical training manuals and tools in collaboration with in-house specialists.

We are seeking an experienced Testing and Commissioning Manager to lead and oversee all commissioning activities for large-scale solar projects in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia. - Preparation of project documentation including pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures.
- Preparation of the project commissioning and start-up plan including detailed activities and start-up logic.
- Work with engineers and vendors in the design phases to align handover and commissioning activities.
- Participate in workshops on design aspects that may assist in pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities.
- Assist with the development and management of commissioning and start-up budget, including forecast for future staffing requirements.

SummaryThis role requires an experienced professional with a proven track record managing large-scale automotive or industrial projects in project control. The ideal candidate will have experience launching new plants or products in an industrial and manufacturing setting, collaborating with departments like Facilities, General Assembly, Body Weld, Power Train, and Logistics. The candidate should demonstrate a proactive attitude, excellence in their field, quick learning ability, and a pursuit of perfection in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Develop and revise baseline schedules for construction projects.
- Review and monitor contractors' weekly and monthly schedule updates; request recovery plans as needed; report deviations and seek clarifications; implement action plans promptly.
- Create and develop integrated master schedules for construction and process installation.
- Review contractor reports and resource allocations to ensure compliance; instruct increases when delays occur or recovery plans are required.
- Monitor procurement progress to prevent delays in fabrication and delivery.
- Analyze delays, identify root causes, and propose solutions and recovery plans.
- Respond to contractor extension of time claims.
- Verify quantities and percentage completion for payments and change orders, with support from Quantity Surveyors.
- Review durations and input in subcontractor assessments.
- Prepare cost control reports, including cost coding, trends, and budget allocations.
- Manage Quantity Surveyors and oversee their deliverables.
- Raise alerts for potential budget overruns and delays; propose solutions.
- Provide feedback for weekly and monthly reports.
- Proven experience managing industrial construction projects from inception to completion.
- Advanced knowledge of engineering construction management processes, means, and methods.
- Expertise in P6 and related software.
- Familiarity with construction management software packages.
- Strong collaboration skills; effective in a matrix environment across multiple time zones.
- Ability to establish and improve timelines to meet accelerated milestones.
- 15+ years of managerial experience in large industrial projects, such as factories and plants.
- Background in automotive or high-volume manufacturing is a plus.
- BSc or MSc in Engineering or Construction Management.
