Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Al Hufūf for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction and decoration projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with various teams, managing resources, setting project timelines, and ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards. The Project Manager will also handle expediting, inspection, and logistics management tasks to maintain project momentum and efficiency.
Qualifications
Planning:
Developing detailed project plans that include scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, quality, communications, and stakeholders.
Execution:
Directing and managing the work team, coordinating activities, and ensuring work proceeds according to the established plan.
Monitoring and Controlling:
Monitoring work progress, comparing it to the established plan, identifying any deviations, and taking necessary corrective actions.
Resource Management:
Managing the human, material, and financial resources available to the project, ensuring their efficient allocation and utilization.
Risk Management:
Identifying potential risks that may face the project, developing plans to address them, and taking necessary preventive actions.
Quality Management:
Ensuring the quality of the final project deliverables and applying appropriate quality standards.
Communication:
Communicating effectively with all project stakeholders, including senior management, team members, clients, suppliers, and third parties.
Reporting:
- Preparing periodic reports on work progress, level of completion, and project problems, and proposing solutions.
- Prior experience in the construction and decoration industry is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards

The Administrative Executive will be responsible for managing office administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, handling company documentation, and supporting procurement, HR, and logistics operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Office Administration
- Oversee general office operations, facility maintenance, and supplies management.

- Communication & Coordination
- Serve as a point of contact between departments, suppliers, and government authorities.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in administrative or office management roles, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial setup in Saudi Arabia.
- Familiarity with Saudi labor laws, GOSI, and governmental e-portals is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ERP knowledge is an advantage.

- Target setting and review: Regularly set and review targets for Salesmen to meet sales and growth objectives.
- Route management: Initiate new routes and review existing coverage to optimize resources.
- Field assessments: Conduct route ride-alongs and field assessments for all sales personnel in the area.
Requirements:
- Diploma certificate required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years sales supervisory experience in a van sales environment, preferably in FMCG.
- Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
