Job Summary:

The Project Planning and Risk Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies across various projects within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies, risk assessment techniques, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules using appropriate software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall).
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing risk management frameworks and processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for the resolution of difficult and complex project control problems.

• Provides project and company management with the necessary tools for project cost control.
