Consultant/ Senior Consultant | Supply Chain & Network Operations (On-site)

Qualifications:

Advisory or delivery experience in leading complex procurement transformation programs involving some of strategic sourcing, digital procurement, procurement transformation, cost reduction, process optimization and operating model implementation, customer journey innovation, sourcing as well as supporting technologies.
  4. Exposure and knowledge of digital procurement technology software such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle and/or other procurement technologies.
  5. Demonstrable experience in managing procurement, sourcing and third-party risk client relationships and identifying, developing, and supporting business opportunities.
  6. Understanding of the project sales cycle, including structuring a programme with appropriate resources and cost modelling.
  7. Experience coaching and developing strong teams and individual members.
  8. An understanding of risk, how to mitigate risk and protect the firm's reputation.
  9. Enthusiasm and passion for the delivery of market leading solutions that make a difference and for building the business and reputation of the practice.
  10. Prior experience in managing teams, developing a business, and growing an account or practice.

**Responsibilities**:

- Takes responsibility for the order fulfillment process including order entry, administration, and shipping.

The Supply Chain Manager will be based in Riyadh in Nextracker office. In this position, you will report to the Supply Chain Director . Nextracker is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Saudi Arabia to develop and manage its local supply chain as local supply is highly strategic.

The Sourcing department is responsible for driving the Total Cost of Ownership through deploying category/region/supplier-specific strategies and establishing strategic relationships with core suppliers.

He/She will also be responsible for ensuring proper planning and correct execution of contracts through raw material planning, capacity management and demand review. He/She will also provide local KSA support to the Supply Chain Operations team by performing suppliers expediting activities (including shop expediting, as needed) as well as logistic support activities.

  • Assess supplier performance on a quarterly basis, champion supplier performance management, conduct regular evaluations, site visits, and feedback reviews
  • Visit frequently suppliers and keep track of execution performance
