The Role
Job Title: Prequalification Specialist Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia Industry: Facilities Management Reports to: Bid Manager / Business Development Director Job Summary: The Prequalification Specialist will be responsible for managing and preparing prequalification documents and vendor registration requirements for facilities management (FM) projects. This role supports business development by ensuring timely, compliant, and high-quality submissions to government and private clients in the Eastern Province. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and submit prequalification and registration documents in line with client requirements and tender specifications. • Coordinate with internal departments (finance, legal, operations, HSE, HR) to gather and update relevant documentation. • Maintain an up-to-date library of company certifications, licenses, project references, and CVs. • Track and monitor the status of submissions, renewals, and client portals. • Ensure compliance with FM sector-specific regulations and client criteria. • Identify opportunities for vendor approvals and maintain a prequalification calendar. • Support the proposal team with technical inputs and company capability statements as required.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in prequalification or tender support within facilities management or construction sectors. • Knowledge of major KSA clients’ prequalification systems. • Strong attention to detail and document management skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document control tools. • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

  • Customs Clearance & Compliance:
  • Manage the customs clearance process for all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring full compliance with KSA customs regulations.

  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports on supply chain performance, including KPIs like cost savings, lead times, and customs clearance efficiency.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with internal departments, including Marketing, Operations, Parts, Service, HR, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics, to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Undertake additional job roll-related tasks as necessary to support the company's mission and operations.
  • Carry out additional tasks as requested by management .

  • Knowledge of supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

The Solution Sales Executive Expert is responsible to identify and qualify opportunities, develop and drive strategy.

The Solution Sales Executive will develop an opportunity plan containing the value proposition SAP's Digital Supply Chain solutions to potential customers & prospects in that territory. It is expected that the Solution Sales Executive be adept at creating and nurturing senior executive relationships on their own, while positioning the SAP executive team. In that capacity:

Works with the Sales Manager and team to develop and execute programs to drive pipeline & close deals

Works with the Regional VAT to educate target accounts on the solution set and conducts account planning for strategic deals

Works with the Sales Manager and team to develop and execute programs to drive pipeline & close deals
Works with the Regional VAT to educate target accounts on the solution set and conducts account planning for strategic deals
Works to uncover and run large sales cycles based opportunities as directed by the Regional Sales Lead
Works with VAT team on sales campaigns
Leads efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within named accounts
Works to attain various sales objectives related to securing new business opportunities within named customers
Develops sales best practices securing repeatable and expansive opportunities across named accounts
Experience & Language Requirements
8 years of experience selling business software and/or IT solution
Oil and gas experience
Experience selling to CXOs
Proven track record in target achievement
Saudi national preferred - in line with Saudization local mandates
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related fields (Business / Engineering or Technology)
Professional Training & Certification
Completion of Sales Methodology training preferred

You‘ll make an impact by:

  • Supporting Order Management Department in preparing offers to customers using online tool
  • Supporting in reviewing the customer orders before allowing booking in the system
  • Support in processing purchase orders to suppliers for the customer orders
  • Support in delivering material and submitting invoices to customer
  • Follow up on collection of due invoices

Your success is grounded in

  • Fresh Saudi Graduate with a degree in Business (Accounting) or Supply Chain, Order Management
  • 0-1 years of previous work experience
  • Strong attention to detail, correctness and accuracy in order booking
  • Good communication skill and ability to follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and invoicing
  • Ensure effective follow up on collection of invoice within allowed credit period
